What information do I need to provide?
You give as much detail as you would like. Wether it is no information at all, or ultra specific, it's entirely up to you.
Will I know what watch I'm getting before it arrives?
You tell us your style preferences and we do the rest. The watch is a mystery until it lands at your door or you can request to know before dispatch.
How do I know the watch will be worth what I paid?
Every watch we source is selected based on its current secondhand market value. We guarantee every piece is worth at least what you paid.
What if I don't like the watch when it arrives?
No problem. Every order from the Collectors Club comes with free returns within 14 days. Simply email us at support@cmtimepieces.net and we'll sort it out. No questions asked. As soon as the watch arrives back with us, in the condition we sent it out in, your refund will be sent.
How long will it take to arrive?
We aim to source and dispatch every watch within 7-10 days. Some more specific requests may take longer, however we will get in contact with you if this is the case. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your watch ships.
Do I get a watch or is this just the sourcing fee.
There is no sourcing fee, simply you will receive a watch that is worth what you paid or more, that suits perfectly what you asked for. We introduced CM Collectors Club to make watch hunting safer, easier and more fun!
