What information do I need to provide?
You give as much detail as you would like. Wether it is no information at all, or ultra specific, it's entirely up to you.
Will I know what watch I'm getting before it arrives?
No — and that's the point. You tell us your style preferences and we do the rest. The watch is a mystery until it lands at your door.
However if you do really wish to know before we post it out, do get in contact and we will be more than happy to.
How do I know the watch will be worth what I paid?
Every watch we source is selected based on its current secondhand market value. We guarantee every piece is worth at least what you paid — or we'll refund you in full.
What if I don't like the watch when it arrives?
No problem. Every order comes with free returns within 14 days. Simply email us at support@cmtimepieces.net and we'll sort it out. No questions asked.
How long will it take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch every watch in 7 days via tracked delivery. Some more specific requests may take longer, however we will get in contact with you if this is the case. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your watch ships.
Do I get a watch or is this just the sourcing fee.
There is no sourcing fee, simply you will receive a watch that is worth what you paid or more, that suits perfectly what you asked for on the online form. We introduced CM Collectors Club to make watch hunting safer, easier and more fun!
