Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 working day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

CM Collectors Club - Please allow 7 working days to source the watch and have it in hand. If this takes longer for complex orders, we will be in touch as soon as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including full tracking details.

United Kingdom and European Union Delivery

We ship to all EU countries using tracked and insured international services.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 working days

• Tracking: Provided on all shipments

• Insurance: Full value insured

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped from Czech Republic to the European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees upon arrival.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure whether additional charges may apply.

We ship to the United States using fully tracked and insured services.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 7-21 working days (usually closer to 7 days, in rare cases this can take longer)

• Tracking: Provided on all shipments

• Insurance: Full value insured

Duties & Tariffs

All applicable U.S. import duties and tariffs are prepaid prior to delivery. Customers will not be required to pay additional customs charges upon arrival.
