What the CM Timepieces Warranty Covers

The movement, meaning the watch stops, won't wind, or keeps time badly under normal use.

What the CM Timepieces Warranty Does Not Cover

Knocks, drops, water damage, aesthetic wear and tear, quartz batteries, accidental damage of any kind and anything opened or repaired by someone else before hand.

When It Starts & Ends

The warranty starts from the day the watch is delivered, not the day that you make the purchase. The warranty lasts exactly 12 months or 365 days from the date of delivery and ends at 11.59pm on the 365th day.

Who It Covers

The warranty strictly covers the original buyer only. The warranty cannot be passed to a new owner or purchaser of the watch.

How Long Will It Take?

For full refunds, we will issue the refund within 3 days of receiving the watch, upon confirmation that the damage to the watch was not caused by anything in the "What the CM Timepieces Warranty Does Not Cover Section".

For watches that require repair, we will advise an approximate time scale after speaking with a qualified watch technician and keep you updated along the way. We cannot predict a time scale before knowing the extent of work required.

If The Watch Is Beyond Repair

If a qualified watch technician cannot repair the watch, or it would be un-economical to repair (substantially more than the watch is worth), we will supply your choice of a replacement watch in a timescale that we will discuss at the time or a full refund.

How To Claim

You choose whether to repair the watch or refund it. That way, you're never stuck paying for an expensive service on a £150 piece. Simply get in contact via social media or our contact page and we will be happy to help.

Postage

Return postage is paid by CM Timepieces if the claim is accepted. Please do not post your watch before hand.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
