No EU VAT on your order. UK import VAT is paid on delivery.

We ship from the EU, so we don't charge you EU VAT. Because the UK is outside the EU, UK import VAT (20%) and any customs duty are charged when your watch arrives. Royal Mail collects them, together with a small handling fee. You pay them once, never twice.

2 Royal Mail contacts you

When the parcel reaches the UK, Royal Mail sends you a "Fee to Pay" notice for the import VAT, any duty and their handling fee.

3 Pay and receive your watch

Pay online and your watch is delivered. Unpaid parcels are held for about 3 weeks, then returned to us.

Example: on a £200 watch, the import VAT is about £40, plus Royal Mail's handling fee and any duty. Ask us before you buy and we'll estimate it for your watch.
